Quiet street. There is a supermarket (BILLA) next door, i.e. turn right when you leave the building, and walk three minutes like to the tram station. Other stores like BIPA, drugstore, or various restaurants and bakeries are next door as well.
Parking: there is quite a cheap park-and-ride garage at Reumannplatz.

Neighborhood overview
Quiet street. There is a supermarket (BILLA) next door, i.e. turn right when you leave the building, and walk three minutes like to the tram station. Other stores like BIPA, drugstore, or various restaurants and bakeries are next door as well.
Parking: there is quite a cheap park-and-ride garage at Reumannplatz.
Getting around
From Airport: You can take the train from the airport to the main station (Hauptbahnhof). From there take subway U1 (red line) just 2 stops to "Reumannplatz". From Reumannplatz take tram number 6 (going into the direction to "Kaiserebersdorf"); second stop is "Schrankenberggasse" where you have to get off. The apartment is three minutes away from the station.

From apartment to the City Center: you walk three minutes to "Schrankenberggasse"; there you take tram line 6; it takes 2 stops to Reumannplatz; take subway U1 (red line), heading direction "Seestadt Aspern", 5 stops to City Center (Stephansplatz).

There is enough parking space on the street, but Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm you need parking tickets; you can get them at every kiosk ("Trafik"); Attentions: parking tickets allow only a maximum duration of 3 hours. There is a Park and Ride Garage at Reumannplatz with reasonable rates.

Alternatively, you could park at the nearby Geiselbergstrasse, which is in the 11. district and therefore requires no parking ticket. It is only 2 stops with tram 6 away.
